Deaf Professional Happy Hour of Seattle

What is DPHH?

Deaf Professional Happy Hour (DPHH) is basically a social hub for Deaf professionals in the Seattle area. The number of Deaf professionals moving in from other places is growing steadily, including a good number of returning Washington natives.

Thus, we feel the need to revive the DPHH as to attract more Deaf professionals in various working fields such as business, human services, education, and other areas that way we would be able to build a strong network as we congreate on the third Friday of every month.

What about hearing people who knows ASL? You ask. Yes, they are welcome as long as they're sign language interpreters and professionals who are actively involved in the Deaf community.

This month, we're changing the genre slightly from a bar & grill setting to a coffee/tea house setting.
